The Best Punchline

I was informed by my most clever associates (Star, Ria, and Spire) that the flats look better with the simple background I had chosen.

This is for the Leylines event going on right now (when I started this I actually thought I had missed the deadline by a couple days and was going to just do it anyhow, but was happy to see Robin's journal that I hadn't.) of which the theme was "friendship." With that opportunity, I couldn't help but draw Tama and Zhiro. I was reminded of their neat relationship when I reread one of my favorite pages ( [link] ) and was inspired for this picture.

Anyhow, I hope everyone checks out the comic at Leylines. It's pretty dang rad.
